Message: Location is wonderful. Parking staff was very helpful. Room had noisy air conditioner and when I say noisy, earplugs were left in the nightstand for each of us. We could hear ever step from the room above us. Some of their conversations were audible. No literature about the building was given or left in the room. We didn’t remember about the pool or rooftop area. We don’t even know how to get to them. We stayed four days and three nights. Room was clean and met our needs but I might have slept better if I couldn’t hear the people above us and the air conditioner was quieter.

Message: Beds were like rocks. My back the next day was so stiff. Definitely in a need of an update. Staff was super polite, friendly, and helpful. Amenities and restaurant food was pretty good. Close to Wrigley, which is why we were in town.

Message: We had such a great experience! Roberto at the front was amazing! He was the only one there and was so amazing! He gave us great suggestions on where to go in the area with our kids and was so kind! The hotel soap gave me an allergic reaction(I have sensitive skin so that’s on me) so if you have very sensitive skin just be cautious. The pool wasn’t heated which kinda sucked but overall was amazing. The room was clean and everything was great! Will definitely be coming back! Especially with parking the hotel offers. There is a fee but anywhere you park in the city, there will be a fee anyway.

Message: It's old but clean. The service is near perfect. Decor is retro modern. Always a great stay. The staff are consistently the nicest, helpful I've ever seen. The mattress is lumpy and hard, but the people make up for it. And the pricing and clean space is very nice. It's become our home when traveling to Chicago.

Message: Courtney at the front desk was amazing! She was so helpful in getting our rooms situated and at a great rate. Would come back just for her service! Thank you Courtney! Clean room, nice bar.

Message: Make sure to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down.. The location was amazing. The desk staff were wonderful. The rooms are decent and clean for the price. I liked that they do self-parking (not a fan of valet). Only downside was the corridor to get to my room smelled like a public restroom.
