Message: The staff did a great job. When we arrived they were very busy due to many flight cancellations and many frustrated travelers. I had already reserved a room during my flight but scheduled it for the wrong date and they helped me resolve that quickly and got me in to one of their last rooms for the night.

Message: A quick overnight stay due to a missed flight connection. The room was clean and the bed comfy which was all I wanted.. I'm not sure why there was an incidental charges hold added to the credit card as there's no incidentals to charge. There's a few vending machines around but nothing in a room minibar that you could take.

Message: I enjoyed my stay but I am really impressed with the front desk staff. Monica really handled a disrespectful guest in the most patient and kind manner. He was cursing and raising his voice and never once did she forget to do her best to accommodate the guest. She should seriously teach a class on how to remain calm and kind with unsatisfied customers. I love you sister and keep up the good work.

Message: Only one person on duty to check people in. We were held up about 15 minuets waiting to be checked in. That process took an other 20 minutes. Room were very clean and welcoming. Great shuttle to Midway Airport. Excellent in stay and park.
