Message: The airport shuttle bus driver is extremely friendly. I took a bus at 10:30am on 9/9/2023 and the bus driver was very supportive, he even drove me to the right terminal to take the CTA bus! I truly appreciate his help and we had a great conversation! He is super friendly

Message: This is a value hotel, but clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. This was for a night over on the way home and fit the criteria. I would stay again.

Message: My family and I experienced this hotel as it was the only place that had a room left after our flight was canceled at O’Hare shortly after midnight. For what it was, it was fine. Our room had a broken-down stairstepper machine randomly sitting in it, which was amusing. The airport shuttle was pretty disappointing. The instructions were just to “wait for it and it’ll be around eventually, ” and when the gray van did finally show up, the door was so hard to open, I had to exert so much force to open it that it threw the door wide open and almost whacked a baby. Not a great first impression. The room was decent. The breakfast was just waffles, a couple pieces of bread, and granola bars. Overall, we got a night of sleep, didn’t walk away with bedbugs, and got a ride to and from the airport, so perfectly adequate, though I’d never stay here by choice, especially when other nicer hotels closer to the airport are only $50 or so more.
