Message: Hotel was nice, the location was alittle hidden, breafast was not so good some teenagers broke the waffle maker, pool was cold and hot tube was broken by the time i wanted to use it, got locked out of my room after being gone all day and they couldnt give me a reason why had to get my key card reset but in all my family enjoyed ourself.

Message: Well the room was nice, breakfast was good and different each day, service was great. pool area is not good the whirlpool was very dirty had heavy amount of sand on bottom, along with discolored water that looked like it was full of urine and smelt like it, pool had weird film on top of water and was cold so never got in. Rented this hotel for the hot tub which was very disappointed that we couldn't even use it! The elevator was slow and rocked like it was gonna fall. The looks of this hotel are nice but their pictures online do not equal to what it looks like now. Had a good stay for 3 days but wouldn't book again!
