Message: Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet peaceful atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, hot breakfast items as well as typical cereals & breads. Nice fitness center with a TV. Refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, and hair dryer in room. Several restaurants and stores within walking distance and within 10 min drive. Very convenient location. I had an enjoyable stay, slept well, all needs met, and felt safe. Aside from the fact that the shower plumbing was in need of repair I was very pleased with my stay and with a very good price as compared to other hotels in the area. I noticed vending machine and washer & dryer which I did not use but is convenient to have. Also a safe with a key was in the room. Our visit was for a family wedding.

Message: Rooms could use an update, and the plumbing is not that great (low water pressure, and a leaky toilet tank). but it was clean, well stocked, safe and quiet. It's definitely a good bet if you're passing thru Chicagoland and don't know the area, it's quiet and near where you get back on the interstate.

Message: The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean but the internet was much slower than at other hotels, including other Best Westerns I have stayed at throughout the nation. It was very important for the purposes of my trip to be able to upload research data quickly and it was frustrating to have to wait unnecessarily long. I ended up having to go to other locations with public wifi to do my work. In addition, there was no room service over a four night stay. However, the location of the hotel was convenient, being in close proximity to I-88 as well as the Naperville and Lisle train stations.

Message: Staff was great. Very friendly! Breakfast was a expected continental breakfast! Room was clean and spacious. Blankets were thin, pillows were small and the bed creaked a lot but those were very tolerable. We could of asked for more blankets and pillows but did not want to go to the office.
