Message: Complimentary water, coffee, fresh baked cookies and a full breakfast in the morning. Sulfate free shower and body toiletries and clean room. We had a very relaxing stay.

Message: Staff, friendly, professional, helpful, plentiful, and worked as a team to make our stay pleasant. Hotel was updated, very clean, thought, put in to furniture and placement. In the bathroom, there was a towel rack and hook in places for your towel everything was in working condition Breakfast was served on time and hot with lots of choices. The staff showed they cared by keeping each table clean after usage and keeping public areas. Clean and neat. Thank you maintenance thank you breakfast server thank you room staff thank you front desk. Thank you for keeping the pool, clean and adult temperature pleasant to swim in hot tub very clean very important room was comfortable with plenty of lighting. extra table for setting Luggage on. The chair for the desk was comfortable, sturdy for a larger person and stylish.

Message: Like many people leaving reviews, we booked out of necessity due to a canceled flight. We had just finished a 10 hour flight with a toddler and this hotel provided some much need refuge after the longest travel day ever. It was very clean and the breakfast was pretty impressive. The thing I appreciated most was that the staff was so quick about checking in. No unnecessary questions, just the room keys so we could rest. Not to mention a shuttle to and from the airport! I feel very lucky that we wound up here that night.

Message: From the moment we checked in the each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. In addition, my cell phone was accidentally left in the room at check out. When I contacted the front desk, they reached out to housekeeping to check our room. My phone was taken to the front desk for me to pick up.

Message: Place was in a good location. The staff was terrific especially Sharday! The free breakfast was really good. The room was clean. The only issue I had was the beds, they are firm, like sleeping on a sheet of plywood firm. Pillows were soft and after a bit would go completely flat. Not a good combo for hard bed and flat pillow.

Message: I can’t say enough good things about this motel, the shuttle, and experience. You follow the signs to the Hilton/bus and shuttle center and stand by Door 1 (after coming in on domestic flights) for the Park N Jet shuttle to the motel. The motel was clean, bright, my room super clean. The breakfast was delicious, the lady working the breakfast area was striving hard to keep everything clean and stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable, front desk personnel so helpful and efficient. I didn’t have deodorant and a toothbrush/toothpaste due to having to spend the night after a missed flight and they happily provided both. It is close to a road that has traffic all night but I was not bothered by that. I had a view of the airport out the front side of the motel which was nice.

Message: The overall hotel was excellent. It has been updated and breakfast was great. Easy, smooth check-in from the app for our very late night arrival. No problems at all and a pleasant stay. The area around the hotel leaves a little to be desired, but the hotel itself was great! We were right on the highway, but we were not bothered by the noise. We barely heard it.

Message: Service by front desk guy, Ramon, at 5am was cheerful and helpful. Wow. Rooms and hallways newly remodeled.. like a brand new hotel. Convenient phone chargers. Good swimming pool for kids. Coffee fresh in lobby at 430am. The traffic and the surroundings more hectic than average maybe, but hey it's right next to an airport. I was surprised that the rooms were quiet because there was a lot of traffic. Lots of convenient restaurants. Even Korean!
